JESSICA doehling
co-founder | executive director
Meet Jessica (she/her), the co-founder and Executive Director of Act for a Change. Born and raised in Georgia, Jessica is committed to giving back to her peachy home state. Jessica brings an expertise in marketing, branding, filmmaking, and experience design to her role here at AFAC. Outside of her work with Act for a Change, she works with clients to refine their brand and digital marketing presence. Because 'extra' is her middle name, she also spends her time sailing, acting, traveling, and petting as many puppies as possible.
Jessica is a passionate advocate for people and strives to create experiences impact others for good. And at Act for a Change, she and her team are doing just that – one production at a time.
LISA TORRES Douglas
co-founder
Meet Lisa (she/her), the co-founder and Program Director. She is a seasoned Producer/Director in video production with more than six years of international experience. However, she's always been a thespian at heart; from playing way too many imaginary games as a wee tot to directing fringe theatre in London.
Lisa ended up marrying a Brit and lived there for several years (ah, that explains the "wee tot" phraseology). She's thrilled to be a part of the arts community in Atlanta and help champion local charities alongside an awesome group of fellow thespians.
Jesse gallegos
producer | content manager
Meet Jesse (he/him), our Producer and Content Manager. He grew up working on horse farms and discovered his love for acting at a young age. His passion for theater and film led him to pursue a career in the arts.
Jesse has worked alongside some of the industry's best. But he's not just a talented performer — Jesse is also an accomplished film producer and director. He spends his free time sailing, reading, dancing, and roller skating. Through his work with Act For A Change, Jesse is dedicated to making a difference in his community and beyond.

TAYNA GARDNER
cfo | treasurer
Meet Tayna (she/her). She is our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Board. When not dedicating her time to being a staunch advocate for the arts, she owns and manages Tayna's Taxes, a CPA and tax prep firm. And when she is not crunching numbers, she is critiquing films, hitting the tennis courts, and loving her husband Serguei and her cats, Bella, Neville, and Bacchus.
